Covid 19 response

CLA would prefer that no future government will be able to impose such draconian measures but recognises that we don’t know what the future holds, we don’t know what threats and dangers may face us in the future. We should therefore not close the door on, prohibit, any restrictions on our liberty but we need to ensure that those measures carry overwhelming support. To that end, CLA proposes that: a) A 2/3rds (66.67%) majority from both houses will be required. b) any restrictions need supporting evidence justifying the restrictions – including a cost-benefit analysis; c) the justification and cost-benefit modelling must be transparent, disclosed to the public; and d) the decision can be challenged in court – which must base its decision on the evidence showing that the benefits to society of the restrictions far outweighs the cost to society.

CLA is generally not supportive of a Royal Commission – because it is very clear to anyone interested in looking, that our governments lied to us about everything Covid related, including that the Covid ‘vaccines’ were safe and effective.

CLA will withdraw immunity from claims of damages in relation to any future Covid ‘vaccination’ administered. This will apply to the pharmaceutical companies as well as the physicians and pharmacists who either recommend or administer them.
